Bloom Florals needed an e-commerce platform that matched the beauty of their products. Performance was critical — every second of load time was costing them conversions.

I built a custom Next.js storefront with a headless commerce backend. Image optimization was a major focus — each product photo needed to load instantly while maintaining quality.

The final platform features a custom product configurator, real-time inventory, and a checkout flow optimized for mobile. Page load times average 0.8 seconds.
